The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, executive, and office services support to the local office. This role supports senior staff and day-to-day office operations, including reception, meetings and events, document production, vendor coordination, facilities support, and onboarding activities. The Administrative Assistant interacts frequently with consulting and administrative staff at all levels and serves as a key on-site resource for office operations and administrative needs.
