This position provides administrative support to the Quality Assurance (QA) and Constituent Concerns(CC) Teams. Duties include: Running reports utilizing Data Warehouse and the Online Case Management System (OMS) Generate Graphics and other visuals to support reports. Receiving and assigning constituent concerns. Populate and maintain tracking logs and generating and distributing monthly reports.
