This role ensures compliance with HUD guidelines, supports data-driven decision-making, and advances efforts to reduce homelessness. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate data, coordinating referrals, facilitating case conferencing, and engaging community partners. This role is critical in the work to end homelessness and will be joining a passionate team focused on system improvement and client wellbeing.
