Support the day-to-day operations of the business by helping ensure administrative, marketing, and internal support work is completed accurately, consistently, and on time. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support general administrative and operational needs across the company
  • Assist with marketing and brand-related initiatives, including support for photos, video, and content
  • Help coordinate and support company events and internal initiatives
  • Assist with documentation, organization, and process support
  • Support accounting, HR, and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized task lists and follow-through on assigned responsibilities
  • Take ownership of work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Other administrative duties as needed to support the team
