About The Position

The Executive Admin / Director of Administration & Communications is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for owning the administrative engine that powers client experience, communication strategy, event planning, and operational excellence. This role requires intensity, precision, urgency, and extreme ownership. You will drive systems, elevate standards, and ensure every client interaction reflects excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in administrative or operational leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all internal and external communications with clarity, authority, and precision.
  • Oversee weekly webinar execution (setup, testing, monitoring, reporting) with zero-failure expectations.
  • Manage full client onboarding process including CRM, LMS, billing, and documentation.
  • Direct monthly onboarding events with elite-level organization and execution.
  • Support regional and national event coordination with high attention to logistics and experience.
  • Maintain and optimize administrative systems and client databases.
  • Drive interdepartmental collaboration to elevate client experience standards.
  • Build executive-level relationships with client owners and leadership teams.
  • Ensure proactive client engagement and retention through consistent communication.
  • Continuously improve systems, eliminate inefficiencies, and raise performance standards.
