The Operations Coordinator supports administrative and financial activities related to participant remuneration and recruitment advertising for CCQDER studies.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Administration
  • Experience managing payments or financial records
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
  • Experience using spreadsheets or accounting tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting federal contracts
  • Experience with research program administration

Responsibilities

  • Manage payment process for research participants
  • Track cash and eGift card remuneration
  • Maintain accounting records for payments
  • Support recruitment advertisement purchases
  • Process payments to advertising platforms
  • Maintain financial documentation for invoicing
  • Coordinate with CCQDER operations team
  • Track study recruitment budgets
