The Administrative Office Assistant will provide support for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager and coordinate a variety of employee events, activities, and outings. YOU MAY LIKE THIS JOB OPPORTUNITY, IF YOU LOVE... · Planning celebrations and activities (shopping & decorating for Happy Hours, various office celebrations, Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and more!). · Focusing on the details of events that will bring smiles to all who participate. · Organizing, coordinating, and leading events, celebrations, and activities. · Being a positive, happy, cheerleader of sorts to everyone around you. · Taking lots of fun photos of the activities that will be included in an end-of-year video. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: · Has a positive attitude, is outgoing yet humble · Happiest when they can bring joy to others · Looking for a long-term opportunity with a history of job stability (dependable) · Has a proven track record of taking ownership of their work and projects and doesn't need to be micromanaged · Is willing to be the front desk coordinator · Has the physical mobility/capability to move up to 60 lbs. without assistance and climb ladders (for decorating our celebrations) · Has excellent Microsoft Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel · Is at least 21 years old Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: · Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office applications to include PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Excel. · Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions independently. · Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and the ability to multi-task effectively and with a proven ability to meet deadlines. · Self-directed, displays initiative and can work independently. · A proven track record in service to others, excellent attendance and reliability. · Must be fluent in English. EDUCATION REQUIRED: · High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in office administration, business, or related field preferred. · At least two years of administrative or related experience required.
