We’re seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the Executive Leadership Team, HR department, Procurement/Finance functions, and occasionally project teams. This role is critical to keeping all operational gears moving — from calendars, communication, and documentation to vendor coordination, confidential HR support, and interdepartmental alignment. You will be the person who makes things work before anyone else notices they needed you.
