Requirements

  • 2+ years in admin or operations
  • Highly organized and detail-focused
  • Confident working independently and making decisions
  • Strong with Microsoft Office
  • Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or in-home care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage caregiver schedules — accurately and quickly
  • Handle hiring steps and onboarding from start to finish
  • Keep client records organized, updated, and compliant
  • Support payroll, billing, and daily office flow
  • Be the go-to for caregivers, clients, and families
  • Spot issues early — and fix them fast
