As an Administrative Program Coordinator III, you will serve as a key liaison and administrative resource, supporting the Director and department leadership with daily operations, projects, and policy implementation. In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve operations, develop communications, databases and budgets and assist with or lead moderately complex initiatives to promote an efficient and effective workplace. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field
  • Four years of financial, business analysis or project management experience
  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
  • May require license based on department/Institute need

Responsibilities

  • Function as liaison and as an administrative, technical or operational resource.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
  • Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.
  • Identifies key milestones and deadlines.
  • Proactively communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.
  • Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.
  • Develop interdepartmental education programs.
  • Lead records management activities and ensure standards are maintained.
  • Assist department leadership with large or complex projects and initiate or lead moderately complex projects.
