Requirements

  • Thrive on engaging and working alongside others to achieve team results

  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
  • Motivated by being accountable for delivering results within specified timelines
  • Familiar and comfortable with technology.
  • High school diploma, valid state driver’s license and auto liability insurance
  • One year of office experience; in home health or hospice preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors at the office, setting the tone as the face of the organization
  • Assist with communications such as answering incoming calls including outbound calls on behalf of the branch
  • Order needed supplies from the appropriate vendor, serving as the main point-of-contact
  • Process mail correspondence, including vendor invoices
  • Assists in updating electronic documents and data entry in applicable systems
  • Prepare administrative orders, packets, and folders for sales team and field clinicians
