Assist with Facilities Sustainment Services, and Furnishing Manager Services Assist with Billeting Management and Room Assignments/Terminations Services including Reception/ Inspections, Scheduling Assignments & Terminations Will assist in maintaining the key control program ensuring access to the barracks is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to include metal keys, CAC, and other card-key systems. Program CACs or magnetic access cards for the barracks using the computer program provided located in the facility Assist in scheduling, assignment and termination of 2,780 bed spaces using the eMH software along with the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS) software which include rooms and open bay barracks with 95% accuracy rate. Will assist in the assignment process/in processing, assign Soldiers to rooms and buildings with the intent of maximizing unit integrity, meaning keeping all members of the unit in the same facility as much as possible Will assist in assignment of rooms, make minor adjustments to rooms, furnishings and equipment, commonly referred to as “make ready” actions. This includes adjustments, checking appliances for functionality, adjusting drapes and blinds, and/or changing light bulbs, re-arranging furnishings to create “ready room”. Will assist in the collects of customer feedback surveys which the billeting team will provided to the command representative at the beginning of the stay for assignments, terminations, and overall service provided by billeting personnel after the clearance of training units and Soldiers
