Reimagine What’s Possible Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, is seeking an expert Administrator Coordinator to support its La Porte, TX facility. This role supports the Terminal Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the distribution office by providing administrative, scheduling, and compliance support. The position is responsible for maintaining and entering accurate driver payroll records, ensuring driver files are retained in accordance with required retention periods, and updating all driver documentation in CPSuite. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating driver schedules for days off, vacation, flexible holidays, and sick time. In addition, the role supports MyLearning training for distribution employees and assists with planning and coordinating employee engagement events, including the annual Driver of the Year competition and Family Day.
