About The Position

This position will provide a managerial level of work in the provision of community health nursing services for the Harford County Health Department, Bureau of Care Coordination with authority and responsibility delegated from the Deputy Health Officer for managing, planning, developing, and implementing assigned Care Coordination Plus (CC+), Nuestra Comunidad Care Coordination Program, Administrative Care Coordination (ACC), Nurse Monitoring, AERS program, Lead & Asthma Program and the RN Lead Case Management Program. This position supervises a Community Health Nurse Program Supervisor, Community Health Nurse II's, Coordinator of Special Programs and indirectly supervises other staff assigned to the programs.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Six years of administrative staff or professional work.
Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.
