Innovating today, Leading tomorrow.” Functional Description: Provide non-routine administrative and analytical task support to the leadership team of a prominent Program Management Office. As a Junior level Administrator, support business functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security. Perform tasks related to the control of government property assigned to the organization. Act as facility security officer to ensure compliance with company, customer and government security regulations and procedures. Maintain facility usage metrics, financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports. Participate in special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Understanding of and experience accessing DISS.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college
  • Or
  • Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Or
  • Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facility operations, lab management, security management and security protocols.
  • Intermediate or higher-level skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and coordinate tasking and priorities with the SIL LAB Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Lead to respond to tasks related to the PMA’s operations and best practices.
  • Use MS Teams and SharePoint sites to control and manage data.
  • Control and manage lab facility usage, schedule facility and equipment, deconflict overlapping requests, and track and report key usage metrics.
  • Control the entry of visitors. Escort personnel as required.
  • Prepare documents such as memorandums, endorsements, and MOAs are in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding keeping personnel records up to date.
  • Coordinate with IT and the team to identify and solve technical issues.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and run meetings to keep everyone connected and on track. Update and maintain slides for team meetings.
  • Coordinate data calls.
  • Develop and update PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintain calendars, TDY schedules, and prepare future planning schedules.
  • Deconflict schedules as required.
  • Plan and schedule internal review sessions to ensure team preparedness to brief key points with key external stakeholders.
