Thanks for your commitment to Tyson Foods. Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute daily production schedules, job packets, and reports. Review and reconcile production job packets each day. Monitor and reconcile raw materials, ingredients, and packaging inventories. Enter and retrieve production data in Ross; maintain Excel production databases. Support Kronos data for plant reporting (overtime, lbs./man‑hour). Process and distribute daily/weekly reports on deadline. Assist with production transaction issues, recipe inputs, and scheduling adjustments. Provide clerical support: transfers, missed punches, filing, and organizing paperwork. Spend time in production areas to understand documentation flow. Assist supervisors and act as a liaison between departments. Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

  • One‑year college/technical certificate preferred, or 3–6 months related experience.
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and with a positive attitude.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formatting, printing, basic formulas).
  • Basic Microsoft Outlook skills (emailing, attachments).
  • Self‑motivated and able to follow directions on multiple tasks.
  • Sitting, hand use, talking, hearing: 34–66% of the time.
  • Standing, walking, reaching: 0–33% of the time.
