Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of or a passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in technology, including CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Ability to connect with diverse individuals and foster positive relationships.
- A strong commitment to helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and social media to provide information about our programs.
- Conduct interviews to assess students' goals and align them with the right educational path.
- Present detailed information about admissions requirements, program offerings, and financial aid options.
- Guide students through the enrollment process and assist in completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions activities.
- Collaborate with the Financial Aid team to support students in understanding their funding opportunities.
- Participate in community outreach and recruitment events to expand our student base.
- Build and maintain relationships with local high schools and organizations to strengthen recruitment efforts.
