About The Position

Ridgeway is looking for a Full-Time Admissions Coordinator to join our team! This is a key role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same. Originally founded in 2013, the organization now consists of hundreds of independent operating subsidiaries, as well as ancillary and support services. Requirements

  • Admissions, healthcare, or insurance verification experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the admissions process from referral to admission
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and other referral sources
  • Verify insurance coverage and benefits
  • Communicate effectively with families, residents, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Accurately enter and manage information across multiple computer systems
  • Multitask and prioritize efficiently in a high-volume setting
