About The Position

The Adoption Readiness Analyst supports the planning and execution of readiness tasks for hospitality transformation initiatives. This role focuses on understanding how changes impact frontline and operational teams, coordinating communications, tracking readiness milestones, and providing structured support during preparation and rollout. Business Advisors/ Analyts shape the vision and strategy with the client, understand the needs of the users/stakeholders, carry out an elicitation of processes, data and capabilities and derive the target processes and the business requirements for the current and future solution. Performs analysis of processes, systems, data and business information and research, and builds up domain knowledge.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, change support, training, or operations.
  • Familiarity with hospitality operations and frontline workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple, usable materials.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at property, field, and corporate levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting digital or operational rollouts preferred.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working with both program and property-level teams

Responsibilities

  • Support readiness plans for new system deployments, process changes, and operational updates across hotels, resorts, ships, and corporate teams.
  • Identify impacts to roles, workflows, tools, and guest-facing responsibilities.
  • Maintain readiness trackers, communication logs, issue lists, and status summaries.
  • Assist in drafting communications including FAQs, job aids, quick guides, and property updates.
  • Coordinate training schedules, content updates, and distribution of readiness materials.
  • Support readiness checks such as SOP updates, workflow reviews, and pre‑go‑live validation.
  • Engage with property or shipboard contacts to gather feedback and escalate risks to the Readiness Lead.
  • Track adoption indicators and support post‑launch follow‑up activities.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and organization of all readiness resources
