About The Position

The part-time SNAP and E&T Coordinator will provide E&T case management and job search assistance to participants. This role focuses on helping SNAP recipients build skills, gain work experience, and secure employment to achieve self-sufficiency, working within adult education at National Park College. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect necessary data for SNAP E&T participation. Conduct assessments, develop career plans, and maintain necessary documentation. Capture specific SNAP E&T component activity, progress towards employment goals, barriers identified, etc. Track and document the delivery of supportive services. Enter and track SNAP E&T participation data including reconciling issuance of participant reimbursements. Provide assistance by collaborating with NPC Career Services Provider and Adult Education instructors to help participants build specific educational, vocational, and job-searching skills. Assist with life skills and other training that supports job readiness. Keep track of and file appropriate documentation, all records up to date; “Internal Auditing”. Collect and share program outcomes and participant progress according to requirements in your contract. Will perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and data management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Services, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in case management, social services, or workforce development is required.
