About The Position

As an Adv Manufacturing Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of professional engineers who are making Honeywell's manufacturing more efficient and consistent. You will leverage your manufacturing engineering experience and skills to lead the investigation and solution of challenging supply chain problems. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to the evaluation of the process to meet product specifications. Through collaboration with customers and cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive exceptional team outcomes. As a manager, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results. You will report directly to our Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director, and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-Site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest level of product quality for Honeywell while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
