Part-time and/or Full-Time Salary Range for Full-time: 150,000-185,000 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Examines and assesses a consumer to determine general physical and behavioral health condition. Organizes data concerning consumer’s relevant history and current symptoms. Determines nature and extent of present disorders and formulates appropriate treatment response. Assesses patients with emergent and urgent care needs and makes determinations about safety in the community. Completes documentation and billing for all services in a timely manner and according to established standards. Achieves service volume standards as established by leadership based on daily hours worked and caseload size. Ongoing psychiatric management, including psychiatric medication management, psychotherapeutic support, and crisis intervention in collaboration with the treatment team and clinical supervisors; Educates clients about their illness and provides health management information and techniques Refers patients internally and externally for services as needed. Teams with physicians, other APRN’s, clinical supervisors, community support specialists, and administrative support staff to coordinate care. Completes administrative tasks as needed including timely response (24 hours or less) to voicemails, e-mails, communicating with external agencies and other treatment providers, etc. Documents clinical care and services provided; and Uses evidence-based standards, guidelines, and protocols to the delivery of patient care. Incorporates new information and approaches, when appropriate, to continuously improve patient care and practice.
