About The Position

Arthritis Consultants of Tidewater is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our established, physician-led rheumatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled APP who values autonomy with a collaborative specialty environment, clinical complexity, and long-term patient relationships. Position Overview · Manage a panel of established rheumatology patients · Evaluate and treat autoimmune and inflammatory conditions · Prescribe and manage DMARDs and biologic therapies · Order and Interpret labs and imaging · Perform joint injections · Collaborate on complex cases with supervising physicians · EMR-based documentation · Outpatient-only setting Compensation Structure · Competitive guaranteed base salary ($105k-$145k) · Productivity-based quarterly bonus · Uncapped earning potential tied to performance · Transparent productivity metrics Our model rewards experienced providers who efficiently manage their patient panel and deliver high-quality specialty care. Requirements

  • 2+ years APP experience (rheumatology a plus)
  • Comfortable with immunosuppressive and biologic therapy
  • Efficient, independent clinical decision maker
  • Licensed NP or PA-C in Virginia

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing complex chronic disease a plus
