Practice Details: 70% inpatient / 30% outpatient Outpatient clinic: Monday - Friday 10 am - 3 pm On-call every 3rd weekend Provide inpatient/outpatient consults and post-procedure rounds Perform diagnostic tests, physical exams, and histories Conduct radiologic procedures (e.g., paracentesis, thoracentesis, PICC, ports, biopsies) Maintain accurate records and treatment plans Collaborate with IR physicians, referring providers, and patients Support IR practice growth and ensure timely referrals

Requirements

  • Successful completion of an APRN master’s nursing degree or graduate of accredited PA program
  • Current Missouri license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure
  • Current DEA licensure
  • Perform basic procedures and H&Ps consistent with training
  • Successful completion of a CNS or APRN master’s degree in a nursing program in the specialty area or must demonstrate successful completion of a formal post-graduate track or accredited program (within the specialty area) within a school of nursing granted graduate-level academic credit (e.g. graduate, non-matriculating program)
  • Licensed in state of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location. Must be currently certified by a nationally recognized certifying body acceptable to the Missouri or Kansas State Board of Nursing as well as hold and maintain a current Document of Recognition
