Description About Atria: The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee. Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence. After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join our founding LA team. You will be responsible for bringing rigor and thoroughness to the development of clinical operations in our largest clinic yet, as well as maintaining and supporting our strong and inclusive organizational culture and performance standards. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with clinical, finance, technology, care coordination, hospitality, content, events, and experience and to drive excellence.

Requirements

  • Current License required as NP/PA for specialty, or current Licensed PA
  • 2+ years’ experience as practicing NP or PA
  • ACLS, PALS and BLS certification from American Heart Association
  • Capable and experienced with relevant procedures for proficiency in delivering care in urgent care and emergency medicine setting
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • A reliable vehicle is required for conducting home visits.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred have urgent care/emergency medicine, primary care or family medicine experience, comfortable treating both pediatric and adult populations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Atria physicians to provide exceptional care to our members in the comfort of their homes.
  • Works collaboratively with physicians to provide urgent home care services (e.g.minor procedures, wound care, sick visits) and preventive care services (e.g vaccinations, phlebotomy, IV infusion, assisting in well child visits).
  • Collaborates with other home services clinicians including pediatricians, emergency medicine physicians, RNs and medical assistants.
  • NPs & PAs must have the ability to work fluidly and competently across multiple disciplines, including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Urgent Care.
  • Demonstrates adaptability in training and competency across a range of point-of-care testing modalities and devices, including strep, COVID, flu, and RSV, point of care CBC and urinalysis.
  • Assist with laboratory processing when needed.
  • Flexibility to perform clinical, administrative and clerical tasks when needed.
  • Must be proficient in blood draws and IV insertion
  • Assists in maintaining medical supply inventory out of the home services center, including ordering and restocking necessary supplies for patient visits in collaboration with operations manager.
  • Documentation and appropriate maintenance of Medical Records for members
  • Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
  • Telehealth visits & Electronic prescribing of medications as needed
  • Maintenance & upkeep of Professional Licenses, Certifications, DEA certification, State requirements and National Certifying Agencies credentials
  • Participates in appropriate continuing medical education programs for maintenance of Continued Medical Education and CUEs for professional licensure
