The ION (Input/Output & Networking) Team is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead the RIU-200 Project. The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading all RIU-200 activities associated with plans, requirements, design, integration and test in support of the RIU-200 BORON program. The EPM will provide business and technical direction for the product team, demonstrate the ability to identify and understand critical path dependencies, and take timely and appropriate action to meet program milestones while also managing technical requirements and effectively controlling cost, risk and quality. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and avionics systems development processes, including DO-178B/C, DO-160, and other relevant standards. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills. The EPM must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working collaboratively in a process-centric environment. This position, which offers a blend of onsite and hybrid work arrangements, is based in Clearwater, FL and necessitates a presence in the office for 3 days each week.
