About The Position
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies, ensuring innovative, high-quality products. You will also contribute to building a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line and support our growth as a global technology leader. You will report directly to our Director Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, and you’ll work at our Rocky Mount NC location on an on-site work schedule. SHIFTS AVAILABLE Nights: Sunday - Thursday from 10pm - 6am (Shift differential) Weekends: Either Wednesday through Sunday or Saturday through Wednesday from 7am - 4pm Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
