About The Position

Family Medicine APP Full-time West Valley Clinic - Intermountain Health West Valley City, UT Intermountain Health is an integrated, not-for-profit health system with hospitals and clinics throughout the Intermountain West. Based in Salt Lake City, Intermountain boasts a medical group, affiliate networks, homecare, telehealth, health insurance plans, and other services, along with wholly owned subsidiaries including SelectHealth and Intermountain Healthcare in Nevada. Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 5:00PM/36 patient facing hours; Tuesdays, late Clinic is offered as an option.

Requirements

  • Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement)
  • Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V
  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP)

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) or more years of experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Master’s degree
  • Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
