Cleveland Clinic Akron General is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (Family NP, PA, CNS) to join the primary care team at Doylestown, located in West Norton, Ohio. This is a full-time opportunity is ideal for an APP who values relationship-based care, clinical excellence, and working within a highly collaborative and supportive environment. In this role, the APP will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, delivering high quality, evidence-based care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, coordinating care across specialties, and educating patients to support long-term wellness and self management. The APP will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless continuity of care and outstanding patient experiences -fully aligned with the Cleveland Clinic's mission of putting patients first. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a predictable outpatient schedule and no weekend or holiday requirements. Option to work 4-10hr shifts or 5-8hr shifts. Functions in collaboration with the health care team in accordance with certification and licensure. Practice emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems. Responsible for dissemination of knowledge through instructing, leading and developing educational programs.
