Position Highlights Prime Location: Practice in a walkable, energetic corridor with boutique shops, acclaimed restaurants, craft breweries, street art, live music, and cultural festivals. Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic environment, with seamless integration to hospital-based specialists, diagnostics, and ancillary services for coordinated patient care. Requirements

  • Licensed NP or PA in the state of Illinois
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care is highly desirable

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Polish) a plus, given our diverse patient population

Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages
