About The Position

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Departments in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Full-time position
Join an established outpatient-only practice; no panel of primary care patients
Convenient Care is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Required to rotate to three Convenient Care locations (Curtis/Windsor/CC Plus at Carle Foundation Hospital campus)
Every other weekend requirement and shared holidays among the group
Flexible scheduling
Convenient Care is housed in a large primary care center
Able to consult with specialists across the organization
No call responsibilities
Be part of a strong, stable, financially-sound and innovative healthcare system
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
A minimum of 2 years of experience required or will consider candidates with at least 1 year of ED experience
Suturing skills a plus

Requirements

• Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
• ACLS & PALS certification required
• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
• A minimum of 2 years of experience required or will consider candidates with at least 1 year of ED experience
