About The Position

Midwest Heart and Vascular is seeking an advanced practice provider to work at our Independence, Missouri location. Qualified Candidates: Join a team of three other APP's Ideal candidate will have cardiology experience-heart failure specifically would be ideal Support physician in the inpatient care units Will conduct post-hospital visits, specific to heart failure, and post clinic visits.

Requirements

• Masters of Science in Nursing required
• Ability to obtain Missouri licensure
