Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Full time dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to join our expert team at Riverside Urogynecology Specialists in beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia . As part of our expanding specialty network, you’ll work alongside experienced, board-certified urogynecologists who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider who will help carry out our mission and provide the right care at the right time, enhancing the well-being and health of the patient we serve. What We’re Looking For: A compassionate provider who meets high professional standards A team player with a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance Familiarity with managed care and Medicare populations Basic computer and EMR proficiency About the position Clinic-based role with inpatient coverage responsibilities Monday through Friday schedule, and no nights No call obligation Collaborative work environment, joining our experienced, board-certified urologist Our Urology Services Include: Pelvic Organ Prolapse (vaginal or uterine) Incontinence (urinary and fecal) Cystocele (fallen bladder) Bladder Pain & Interstitial Cystitis Dysuria (painful urination) Fistulas and other pelvic floor complications Hematuria (blood in urine) Overactive Bladder Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) Urethral Prolapse

Requirements

  • Physician Assistant : Master’s degree, active license
  • Nurse Practitioner : Master’s degree, active license
  • Current Virginia medical license (or eligibility)
  • DEA registration for controlled substances
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive physical exams and health assessments
  • Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic studies
  • Developing and managing patient care plans
  • Providing patient education and counseling
  • Prescribing and evaluating tests and treatments
  • Documenting clinical findings using EMR systems
