About The Position

Unparalleled in its approach, the Panoramic Health network prioritizes putting providers at the center of care to ensure the highest quality of patient care. You can join this nationwide network through Permian Basin Kidney Center, which is seeking passionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Providers to join their team. This opportunity is open to candidates of all experience levels; preferred candidates will have experience in Adult Medicine; Acute/ ICU and those with dialysis or nephrology experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into nephrology for candidates with no prior nephrology experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies, with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements
• Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
• Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
• Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
• Knowledge of documentation in medical records in confidential manner.
