Provide comprehensive outpatient care for general orthopedic patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Perform first assist duties in the operating room as needed Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including follow-ups and patient education Work across multiple clinical sites (1152 Kings Highway and 849 Boston Post Road) to support patient access and care delivery Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system Participate in care coordination, including referrals, imaging review, and treatment planning Schedule & Structure: Full-time, 40 hours per week Daytime schedule Qualifications: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) required Orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Why Choose Yale New Haven Health?
