You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet their technical performance measures and adhere to established schedules and budgets. In this role, you will impact the overall success of projects by effectively managing resources, communicating project status to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • 5 plus year of project, systems, and or software engineering experience
  • US PERSON REQUIREMENT: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylum or refugee status in the U.S, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Lead teams in the execution of projects to adhere to baselined schedules.
  • Ensure technical performance measures are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Meet project-specific process requirements and maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Oversee requirements management, scope control, and baseline change management.
  • Communicate project health and status effectively to stakeholders.
  • Support the Engineering Project Team Management Operating System (MOS).
