The Idaho Youth Ranch Advancement team is seeking an amazing new teammate to join us. We are looking for someone with a passion for kids, an eye for detail, a commitment to relationship building, and a willingness to jump in and get the job done. As our Advancement Assistant some of the many things you will do include (see the job description for more): Be the hub for our team, keeping us organized, working together and on track. Create a best-in-class donor experience through donation follow-up including prompt thank you letters & receipts, thank you notes and new donor welcome packets. Build strong relationships with existing donors & prospective donors, responding to their requests efficiently and updating them about how their support is making a huge impact on kids’ lives. Be the face and voice of the Advancement Dept; greeting guests, routing calls and maintaining crucial and confidential donor data(using Salesforce) So, who are we ?
