The Seasonal Adventures Coordinator is responsible for executing engaging activities and guest experiences that reflect the unique character of our property and surrounding environment. This role requires a passion for the outdoors and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing curated experiences with guests. This individual will support the coordination of weekly activities, special events, classes, and programs, ensuring each experience embodies “the adventure of art and the art of adventure” while creating memorable guest moments. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance our brand story and strengthen community ties. By collaborating with internal departments, the coordinator ensures seamless execution of programming and alignment with overall property offerings. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential to maintain effective partnerships both internally and within the local and luxury resort communities.
