Advertising Analyst $49,545 minimum starting pay Job Level: Individual Contributor Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this is the minimum starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. What You Will Be Doing: Manage all aspects of agent advertising as the agents’ in-house media representative. Research, interpret, and analyze media placement for agents through RFP analysis. Review bid proposals, negotiate pricing, and provide recommendations to agents while considering market composition and eligibility in the Cooperative Advertising program. Acquire all necessary documentation and place advertisements by securing contracts within budgetary scope. Serve as a liaison between vendors and agents on matters pertaining to advertising and community sponsorships. Work with vendors to continually evaluate placements and to ensure achievement of advertising goals. Maintain compliant messaging as established by the advertising policies and procedures.
