Responsibilities
- Coordinate the production and placement of advertising materials
- Assist with the development of campaign timelines and schedules
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign accuracy and timely delivery
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging
- Research market trends and competitors to support strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing or advertising support role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
