About the position

The Marketing Communications Supervisor is focused on increasing brand awareness in the market, aligning a brand image for targeted customers and implementing programs including coordinating the production of advertising and promotional materials based on predetermined marketing themes and messages (e.g. flyers, billboards, television commercials, radio, digital advertising, etc.). This role involves aligning brand communication strategy in the WH/RT stores through promotions/display communication/catalogue.

Responsibilities

  • Align and cascade the annual marketing/communication strategy to different media and channels and markets of LATAM.
  • Identify the optimal mix of advertising and promotional channels that align with defined customer market segmentation (television, radio, online, etc.).
  • Align brand communication strategy in the WH/RT stores through promotions/display communication/catalogue.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative content for POP point of sale, promotional campaigns, literature, digital and print media, materials for new product launches.
  • Plan and monitor content for social networks.
  • Coordinate with agencies for the execution of materials and communication according to strategy and annual plan (PR, media, communication agencies).
  • Follow up on the execution of paid and organic campaigns and measurement of results.
  • Manage events and coordinate brand promotional merchandise.
  • Measure advertising and promotion effectiveness.
