The Team: Our Brand Marketing team is expanding its capabilities to better define and tell Vanguard’s story in ways that set us apart and inspire action. This group shares in Vanguard’s mission to take a stand for all investors. You will support this mission while driving the organization to strive for best-in-class paid media campaigns that bring value to all investors. You will be a reliable subject matter expert responsible for partnering cross-functionally to tackle projects both big and small. Are you up for the challenge? The Role: The Advertising Media Manager will help develop advertising campaigns that connect Vanguard’s mission to investor needs. This role is responsible for developing media plans that drive awareness and consideration among a variety of target audiences. This individual owns the implementation, measurement, and optimization of Brand paid media campaigns designed to drive awareness and consideration. A key component to success is the ability to collaborate effectively with our network of agencies and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years related advertising experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Bring experience developing and executing high impact paid media strategies for B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple channels including video, search, custom content, audio, and out-of-home.
  • Work closely with external media partners and agencies to execute paid media strategies that drive measurable business results across traditional and emerging media channels.
  • Have proven ability to analyze in-market results across channels, derive actionable insights from data and optimize plans to deliver against goals.
  • Bring a data-driven and continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
  • Possess a natural curiosity for all things media and embrace a collaborative working style.
  • Provide guidance and consultation on media best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences.
  • Possess deep understanding of the rapidly evolving media landscape and the regulatory and privacy implications.
  • Have a solid understanding and appreciation of the Vanguard brand and how it is positioned in the market.
