The Advisor Growth Marketing Strategist designs scalable marketing systems that support advisor client and asset acquisition while delivering measurable performance against defined Field Marketing KPIs, including Marketing-Influenced Advisor Growth and advisor business growth enablement. This role focuses on architecting repeatable marketing programs, performance frameworks, and practical enablement models that increase advisor participation in measurable growth initiatives. The role builds scalable marketing systems that enable advisors to execute net-new growth strategies across the firm while maintaining periodic engagement with Field Marketing consultants and advisors to ensure programs reflect real-world advisor needs and adoption dynamics.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or sales/field enablement
  • Experience designing scalable programs tied to measurable performance KPIs
  • Strong systems thinker with experience supporting distributed sales organizations
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into strategic action
  • Experience developing structured frameworks, playbooks, or enablement models
  • Experience designing integrated growth infrastructure that connects Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), marketing automation platforms, and advisor-facing tools into a unified KPI-driven performance framework supported by analytics platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Familiarity with emerging AI-enabled marketing technologies, data intelligence platforms, and automation solutions that enhance targeting, personalization, and advisor marketing efficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience in financial services, ideally wealth management (broker/dealer, RIA, or mutual fund distribution)
