POSITION OVERVIEW: Perform an advanced level of duties for the department including; project management, research, statistical analysis, budgeting, advanced reporting and also the design and marketing of projects/programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure all components including computer systems, policies, processes and opportunities, etc. are identified, assigned, completed and implemented Ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope Manage a comprehensive and efficient process to establish priorities and milestones for assigned programs/projects by conducting priority setting sessions and informing all parties of established priorities Participate on committees and task forces to ensure company and cross operating company needs are considered and to provide information regarding proposed projects involving department Provide troubleshooting support to operations and other functions related to projects assigned Design, develop and deploy solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts and project teams Analyze organizational, functional, team and/or project needs to provide recommendations including return on investment and cost-benefit analysis leading to successful strategies and execution plans Responsible for preparation of formal management reports, status updates and presentations on projects Gather data using work sampling, operating systems, observation; analyze data to develop recommendations to achieve maximum service objectives Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required Disclaimer: This job description is general in nature and is not designed to contain or to be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
