About The Position

Under minimal supervision, provides assistance and leadership in the administration of the corporation's qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance or a related field
  • Five (5) years experience in retirement plan administration or related field.
  • Expertise with leading compliance/process reviews, including the identification and resolution of potential risks.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Outstanding problem solving, project management, human relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Performs plan management and compliance activities needed to ensure that fiduciary and legal compliance obligations are met.
  • May present recommendations for change or enhancements to benefit offerings to management.
  • Provides direction to lower level benefits analysts.
  • Serves as a project manager leading peers and cross functional teams in benefit/communication projects.
  • Oversees activities performed by vendors.
  • Performs research of programming and/or data issues that impact plan administration activities.
  • Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
