Lead enterprise-level training initiatives with broad impact across multiple sales teams or regions. Provides strategic input and guidance to leadership and mentors junior staff. Operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Design comprehensive training curricula for various sales roles. Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness. Analyze performance data to refine training strategies. Mentor junior team members and oversee content development. Drive adoption of digital learning tools and platforms. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
