About The Position

Leads the design and implementation of advanced sales training strategies. Acts as a consultant to sales leadership, ensuring training programs drive performance and align with business goals. Lead enterprise-level training initiatives with broad impact across multiple sales teams or regions. Provides strategic input and guidance to leadership and mentors junior staff. Operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Design comprehensive training curricula for various sales roles. Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness. Analyze performance data to refine training strategies. Mentor junior team members and oversee content development. Drive adoption of digital learning tools and platforms. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field.
  • Five (5) years in training, sales support, or instructional design.
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategy and go-to-market models.
  • Advanced content creation and instructional design skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
