About The Position
Davies Allen is seeking a client-focused Advisory Accountant. Our Client Accounting and Advisory Services Department exists to empower clients and accountants to win. We do outsourced accounting services for clients. Bookkeeping work, Controller work, Consulting and Advising work. Compensation Salary Position $70,000+ (depending on experience). Health Coverage: 100% of Health Insurance premiums covered by the firm. 401K with match available.
Requirements
- Ability to execute the entire closing process on a cash or accrual basis for small and midsize businesses.
- 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Comfortable working on an Apple computer and understanding and utilizing a variety of software platforms.
- Passionate about helping the client and team win and achieve their goals.
- Obsessed with meeting deadlines.
- Thrilled with solving problems
Responsibilities
- Close Books: Data entry, reconcile accounts, execute adjustments and procedures, and sign off on the financial statements.
- Manage Projects: Ensure tasks and assignments are completed by the due date.
- Deliver Reports: Upload reports and record your screen explaining the financials.
