About The Position

Lead the end-to-end migration strategy from AEM 6.5 to AEMaaCS, including discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and post-migration support. Analyze existing AEM 6.5 implementations to identify deprecated features, code incompatibilities, and non-cloud-friendly customizations. Architect custom components, workflows, services, and integrations to be cloud-native and compliant with AEMaaCS requirements. Oversee content migration using Adobe’s Content Transfer Tool (CTT), ensuring clean data transfers, validation runs, and minimal disruption. Redesign and optimize dispatcher configurations for AEMaaCS, including caching, filtering, security headers, and performance rules. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager, incorporating automated testing, quality gates, and deployment workflows. Modernize legacy integrations (Salesforce, TrustArc, Bazaar Voice, etc.) using event-driven or API-based patterns suitable for a cloud environment. Collaborate with Adobe Customer Success Engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align migration goals with business needs. Conduct training and enablement sessions for development teams on cloud-first AEM architecture, CI/CD practices, and dispatcher refactoring. Provide post-migration support including performance tuning, UAT, incident resolution, and production cutover activities. Develop Technical Architecture and technical design documents to support the requirements of the project

Requirements

  • Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields, plus five years of experience in a related occupation.
  • Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
