We drive awareness, acquisition, adoption, and expansion of workplace teams by building high-impact growth systems that generate qualified inbound pipeline for our Business and Enterprise plans. We specialize in identifying transformative growth opportunities across channels, embedding experimentation into our GTM motions, and turning data and insights into measurable business impact. We’re hiring a senior B2B AEO and organic Growth Marketing Manager to define and scale Canva’s AI Engine Optimization (AEO) and organic inbound strategy globally. In this role, you will position Canva to become the authoritative, default answer across AI tools, search engines, communities, and conversational interfaces — ensuring we capture high-intent demand wherever modern B2B buyers seek answers. This is a frontier growth role at the intersection of AI discovery, search, website experience, and B2B community activation — accountable to pipeline and revenue impact.You will architect Canva’s B2B organic growth engine: integrating AI discovery, search, web conversion, communities, and word-of-mouth into a compounding inbound system. You’ll lead execution across cross-functional teams — SEO, content, engineering, design, product marketing, data science, ops, and sales — defining and influencing strategy to ensure Canva dominates emerging discovery surfaces while converting intent into qualified pipeline and revenue.
