The position of Aerial Laborer is a regular, full-time hourly non-exempt role responsible for overhead (aerial) utility construction activities by assisting linemen and equipment operators with the installation, maintenance, and removal of overhead telecom lines and systems. This position works in close proximity to energized lines, bucket trucks, and pole-setting equipment and plays a critical role in maintaining job site safety, productivity, and quality standards. This position works out of the Austell, Georgia office and reports directly to the Aerial Foreman. This position works a schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. This position will have regular travel around the state of Georgia to perform field-based aerial operations at various job sites. As a condition of employment, this position may be required to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as operational business needs require along with overnight travel to other job sites.
